Mic's coming to the Oakworth Methodist Church panto this year -- in fact a whole set of mics!
The children will be making themselves heard thanks to a dozen new radio microphones.
The equipment was bought with a grant from Bradford Council's Keighley Area Committee.
The Methodist circuit -- including several churches around the Worth Valley -- bought the mikes for community use.
Another hi-tech aspect of the pantomime will be an ultraviolet scene described as out of this world.
Suspense and spectacle, excitement and fun, are promised in the panto Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.
The cast includes Joshua Foy as Ali Baba and Rob Green as leader of the forty thieves.
Also in principal roles are Frances Wrathall, Harriet Shires, Beth into the Josh Olsson and Sarah Chapman.
The show is devised and directed by David Howarth and choreographed by Judith Chapman.
The show is on February 14, 17, 18, 20 on 21 at 7pm, and February 14 & 21 at 2pm.
By early this week tickets were almost sold out for every performance, except the first Saturday evening.
