The Travelling Band return to Haworth this Saturday with guitar-laden country folk pop.
Mancunian Americana is on offer from the six-piece band, in the vein of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.
The band was formed from a collective notepad and West musician and a Mrs gifted songwriting, impeccable playing and honeyed harmonies.
The Travelling Band's publicity claims the group represents a new Manchester that is more West Virginia than Withington.
It adds: "A shimmering blend of cosmic-country-pop, psyche-folk and bar band rock has made them one of the most talked about artists to emerge for many a year.
The Travelling Band won the Glastonbury New Talent to that eight competition and opened the Other Stage at last year's festival.
They won a slot at the Equinox festival alongside the likes of the Ting Tings and Franz Ferdinand.
See the Travelling Band at 8pm in the Cobbles and Clay cafe in Main Street.
