A woman working in a charity shop fears she will herself be left on the shelf in the play Good Things.

Susan, 49, has to cope with an ex-husband and a wayward teenage daughter while trying to revive her personal life.

Could she find love with colleague Frazer or one of the string of customers who come into the shop looking for cast-offs?

The answer is revealed by Bingley Little Theatre in Scottish poet and playwright's Liz Lochhead's feelgood story.

Sandra Chewins plays Susan while Keighley Playhouse regular David Poole plays a customer who keeps returning.

Robin Martin and Gilly Rogers -- also familiar Playhouse faces -- each portray several characters.

Good Things has been described as delightful, funny, touching and emotionally true.

It is performed from Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm in Bingley Arts Centre. Book on 01274 4320000.
