Members of Keighley band Laika Dog are reviving their previous band in memory of their former frontman.

Highfield man Thomas "Shacky" Shackleton sang for Slow Emotion until his death about five years ago.

The other three members will reform on March 27 to play on the 10th anniversary of their final gig.

Slow Emotion originally performed a mix of original songs and covers by the likes of Stone Roses.

Guitarists Pad and Sim Morrall and drummer Michael Parr will share vocals during the new gig at the Snooty Fox in Oakworth.

The trio currently play alongside former Terrorvision singer Tony Wright in local indie band Laika Dog.

Proceeds of the Oakworth gig will go to charities Mind Mental and Health and Cry.

Tickets costing £1 will go on sale soon at the Snooty Fox.
