WATERWORTH James (Jim) Jacqueline, Alison, and families would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and letters and cards of condolence received during their sad loss. Thanking also Rev. Ian Greenhalgh for his kind words and comforting ministrations and all who attended the funeral service and have given donations for Parkinson's UK and North West Air Ambulance. They would also like to express their appreciation to Dr. Bonner and all the team at Slaidburn Health Centre, the District Nurses, and Kevin and Gary from Crisis care. To Helen Ireland for the beautiful floral tributes, and all at Brian Price and Son for their kind attention during this difficult time.
