BUTTERS David Dorothy, Fiona, Martin and Barbara would like to thanks all relatives, friends and neighours for their overwhelming love, kindness and support shown to both David and themselves. They are especially grateful to the Rosemere Centre, Preston, Ward 1 at Royal Lancaster Infirmary and St John’s Hospice. Many thanks also to the Revd Ken Clapham, Revs Tim and Viv Ashworth and Jimmy Macdonald who all helped them so very much at a very difficult time.
