BURKE Mary Bridget Passed away peacefully, at Thornton Hill Care Home, Thornton-In-Craven, aged 83, on April 20th. Mary will be sadly missed by her brother Tom, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, friends from Skipton and the West of Ireland as well as former colleagues at Stirling Royal Infirmary. In line with current guidelines and to ensure the safety of all Mary's relatives and friends, a small private funeral and interment will take place at St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Skipton, with the intention to have a Memorial Service to celebrate Mary's life at a future date. Her family would ask that over the coming days everyone who knew Mary would take some time to light a candle and say a prayer. Donations will be gratefully received for Dementia UK. These can be left at St. Stephen's Church or c/o Howcroft's Funeral Services, Duckett Street, Skipton BD23 2EJ. May Our Lady accept her into Her Warm Embrace.
