My heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Philips’ family and friends. All who knew Philip will acknowledge his dedication, expertise, hard work, commitment, kindness and gentle approach to his work; that ensured a first class service at Airedale. I had the great privilege to work alongside home both clinically and strategically; in his truly gracious nature, he taught me so much. I will carry forward happy memories of times we shared together. It is certainly an honour to call him a friend, a truly special gentleman. You will be greatly missed. RIP

Cousins in Mumbai , India offer a Memorial Service in remembrance of Philip D'Costa
Though miles separated the family , the genuine and thoughtful nature of Philip has left a sad void . His gentle , soft spoken manner was a paradox to the lofty position of respect and admiration he was held high in , as a pathologist and teacher
Your brief interaction with us ,allowed us to see the sense of happiness you exuded wherever you went
May you rest in peace 🙏
