HOLMES Thomas 'Tom' Tom Holmes of Carleton in Craven, passed away peacefully on the 21st October aged 79 years, after a long illness. A very loving husband of Diane, much loved dad to Nicole (and Graham) Neil (and Debbie) and loving grandad to Samuel and Isaac. The family would like to thank the staff of Airedale Hospital and the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice nurses for their kindness and care. After a private cremation a Thanksgiving Service will be held on Monday 28th November at 12.30pm at St Marks Church, Utley. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Tom will be for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice and Prostate Cancer UK, provision will be available at the service or may be sent C/O Emmott and Bradley Funeral Service, 18 Station Road, Cross Hills, BD20 7EH.
