ROBERTS John On 25th April 2023, peacefully at home, John aged 81 years of Farnhill. Beloved husband of Jennifer, much loved father of Nicola and Rachael, father-in-law of Dan and Roger, grandad of George, William and Harry and a brother and uncle. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Andrew's Church, Kildwick on Friday 26th May 2023 at 11.00a.m. following a private family burial. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of John will be shared between Yorkshire Cancer Research & St Andrew's Church, Kildwick. A sad loss. John was a lovely man who really cared about farming and the wildlife on his land. He would bring injured birds for us to take care of and he never killed anything, there were young foxes in one of his fields. I'm sure he will be missed by many.
