PICKARD Rachel Isabel (nee Dakin) Peacefully at Airedale General Hospital on 26th July. Rachel aged 75 years of Settle formerly of Hellifield. Dearly loved wife of Brian and a much loved mother of Adam and Laura. Service and Interment will take place at St. Aidan's Parish Church, Hellifield on Wednesday 9th August at 12 noon. Family flowers only, donations may be made in lieu of flowers if so desired to Yorkshire Air Ambulance. C/o Duncan Robinson Funeral Services, Unit 2, Kings Mill Lane, Settle BD24 9BS. My name is June and a friend of Dear Rachel.
Distance has been between us for 53 years but we have always kept in touch and on occasions we have caught up!.
Rachel was A Beautiful Person to have had as a friend!. Lots of laughs in our younger days with happy times at the Falcon in Settle. I shall always remember Rachel’s Infectious Laugh!.
