LONG Rev Canon John Sydney Passed away on Sunday 20th August, aged 98 years at The Mill House Care Home, Skipton. Very dear husband of the late Marion, much loved father of Elisabeth, Catherine and Andrew, father in law to Robert, John and Joan, proud grandfather of John, Rachael, Joshua, Katie and Thomas and great grandpa to Emma and Thea. John's funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, Carleton on Monday 4th September at 12 noon. Donations in his memory may be given for St Mary's Church, Carleton.
