SHELTON nee Slater Jennifer Louise On 7th November 2023, after a six month battle with cancer, Jen died peacefully at Airedale General Hospital, aged 59 years. Devoted wife of Stephen, wonderful mother of Hannah, beloved stepmother of Harriet, Lydia and Claudia, loyal sister of Andrew and loving grandma to Freddie. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. A church service will take place at St. Andrew's Church, Kildwick at 1.00pm on Tuesday 28th November followed by a wake at Steeton Hall from 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in Jen's memory would be much appreciated to Cancer Research UK or Manorlands Hospice. The family offer the greatest appreciation to the ACU team, Ward 26, at Airedale Hospital for their care.
