GREEN Thomas Michael Peacefully at home in Skipton on 20th March, aged 96, Michael beloved husband of the late Nora Green (Simpson) and father of the late Malcolm. Michael's journalistic career, including much international travel, originated locally, and culminated with the Daily Telegraph in London. Michael and Nora moved to Gargrave in retirement and enjoyed many happy years there. Michael will be remembered fondly by friends, colleagues and by his extended family in Canada. The family would like to thank the carers, friends and medical professionals who assisted and helped. A private cremation has taken place, donations for Yorkshire Air Ambulance in Michael's memory may be forwarded to Brook Smith & Son, Skipton.
