Bradford Council is still investigating who was responsible for a spillage of animal parts in Denholme.
Residents reported piles of entrails in Main Road at about 10am on June 26, just yards from the village post office.
Council officials were soon on the scene to clean it up, and started an investigation to find out who was responsible.
It is thought the animal parts spilled out of a wagon.
John Major, the council’s assistant director of environmental and regulatory services, said: “When spillages like this happen, we carry out a thorough investigation to establish all the facts before we can take any legal action. In this case, the investigation is still ongoing.”
