Manorlands is urging people to get on their bikes to support Sue Ryder, which runs the Oxenhope hospice.
The charity is appealing for cyclists to take part on its behalf in next year’s Prudential RideLondon-Surrey, a 100-mile ride.
The ballot for places opens online, at prudentialridelondon.co.uk, on Monday. People wishing to join the Manorlands team in the event, on August 10, 2014, should tick the Sue Ryder box when they apply.
This year’s ride, which took place last weekend, is expected to raise £65,000 for Sue Ryder once all sponsorship money has been collected.
