Tai chi and yoga sessions will soon be running at Keighley’s Central Hall.
Classes will add to a range of existing health-related sessions at the community centre in Alice Street. Centre worker Ash Alom said tai chi will run once a week, while yoga will start as part of a major one-off event. Times and dates have yet to be arranged.
He added: “Central Hall is a base for health and well-being – we’re trying to present this picture of fun and fitness.”
Zumba sessions will restart next month after the summer break, on Tuesdays from 10am to 11am.
Line dancing classes run on Wednesdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Champions Show the Way provides health advice during tea and talk sessions each Monday from 10.30am to 11.30am.
More details of dates and times are available from info@central-hall.org.uk or by calling 01535 612500.
