GTS – formerly Glusburn Theatre School – is moving to a new home.
It is leaving Glusburn Institute and heading to Farnhill and Kildwick Institute, where classes start on Wednesday.
Open to all ages, performing-arts sessions will run from 5pm to 6.30pm and LAMDA classes from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. There are also places on the LAMDA course.
“We have had no ‘fails’ since we started seven years ago,” said GTS director Dev Swan. “In the last exams we had distinctions in all grades.”
Students will perform a selection from musicals at Skipton Town Hall on October 19.
GTS student Robyn Hargreaves (left), is celebrating success in the Pendle Stage Awards, where she was named best actress (musical) for her role in Pendle Hippodrome Youth Theatre’s production of Footloose.
