An annual coffee day in aid of Manorlands was a massive success.
Last Tuesday’s event raised more than £3,000.
Kath Neal has staged the coffee day at her Haworth home since 1993, and it has continued to grow.
Proceeds from the latest gathering have pushed the total raised for the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice to more than £35,000.
“It went really well – I’m very pleased,” she said. “It was an extremely busy day.
“At the last count, £3,080 had been raised, but I’m still getting donations coming in. I would like to thank everyone who gave their support.”
Attractions included a cake stall, tombola, raffle and bric-a-brac.
