Keighley student Raju Miah was among those celebrating at Craven College in Skipton.
He gained an A in GCSE chemistry and Bs in biology and maths, and will now study at A-level. Raju hopes to eventually go on to university.
He said: “Throughout my time studying here at Craven College, I have loved every minute of it.”
Mature student Adam Morris, a former pupil of South Craven School at Cross Hills, achieved A grades in both Spanish and English.
He will now study Spanish, German, English literature and history A-levels.
