Manorlands fundraisers are bowled over with their latest donation.
The Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice has received £2,300, proceeds of a charity cricket day.
Twenty-six players took part in the event, staged by East Morton Sports Society.
And further fundraising activities took place in the village’s Busfeild Arms.
Among the main organisers were Sue Crosswaite, from the pub, and David Johnson.
Sue Ryder regional fundraiser, Andrew Wood, said: “We owe a massive thank you to the Crosswaite family and David for organising this fantastic community event, which the villagers supported so well.
“Everyone involved has done tremendously well to raise this amount – it will make such a difference to the care we can provide for people, both in the hospice and out in the community for those who choose to be cared for at home.”
