A dish prepared using a recipe from the 1950s will be served up as part of a vintage tea party.
The attraction is among several on the menu at the fundraising event in aid of Oxenhope hospice Manorlands.
The September 25 tea party is being staged as part of celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Sue Ryder, the charity that operates the hospice.
Behind the party is Manorlands’ Riddlesden support group.
Jan Ireland, for the group, said: “We’re inviting people to help us celebrate 60 years of Sue Ryder’s incredible care by attending the 1950s-themed tea party.
“One of the attractions of the event will be ‘Sean’s vintage special dish’ from a recipe dating from the late 1940s.”
There will also be a host of other activities at the party, staged at the Willow Tree in Ilkley Road, Riddlesden, from 3.30pm.
The line-up will include stalls, a raffle, cream teas, period music, an afternoon tea and vintage games. People are invited to wear period dress. Tickets – priced £2.50, including tea and a bun or sandwich – are available from the Willow Tree.
