Entrepreneurs are showing an interest in re-opening or redeveloping the derelict Braithwaite Tavern.
Agents marketing the Braithwaite pub, which has been closed for about eight years, have received a positive response to their latest sales efforts.
The news was revealed by Coun Keith Dredge who represents Keighley West ward on Bradford Council.
Coun Dredge has been campaigning for the pub to be either re-opened, or demolished so the site can be put to an alternative use.
He said: “The estate agents have had about 30 enquiries. It’s still wide open for umpteen different uses.”
Coun Dredge said that during a community clean-up last month, volunteers found rubbish at the back of the pub.
