St Andrew’s Church – On Sunday there will be a service of holy communion at 8.15am and 10am.
Farnhill Methodist Church – The monthly coffee morning will be held on Saturday from 10-11.30am. Cakes, bric-a-brac, knitted items, greetings cards, books and clothes will be on sale.
The Village Pump, the over 50s group in the village, meets on Wednesday at 2pm in the lower hall at Farnhill Methodist Church.
A Beetle Drive will be held at 7.30pm in the Kildwick and Farnhill Institute on Friday, September 27 – £5 including refreshments.
A Christmas breads demonstration by Mike Armstrong, an award-winning master baker, will be given at Kildwick and Farnhill Institute on Tuesday, October 1 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 including refreshments and can be obtained from Joyce on (01535) 635880 or from Jill on (01535) 633620.
