A Cowling man who stole two bottles of vodka from Cross Hills Co-op while on a community order for similar offences has been re-sentenced.
Mark Blackburn, 37, stole the vodka, with a total value of £39.18, from the Main Street store on August 22, Skipton magistrates heard on Friday.
Magistrates revoked the original 12-month community order and resentenced him to a new 12-month order with supervision and 61 hours of unpaid work.
He will also have to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £60 and compensation of £19.59 to the Co-op.
