Keighley carers are being encouraged to put themselves first through a series of workshops.
The five “caring confidently” sessions will focus on issues such as health, feelings, rights and communication.
The Monday morning sessions will be hosted by local charity Carers Resource at the sight airedale headquarters in Scott Street, Keighley.
The first session on October 14 will help carers look after their own health, and the second will give them the confidence to get what they need.
The third session will help carers look at low mood, anxiety and stress, and another will focus on benefits and finances.
The final session will offer practical solutions on day-to-day issues like medication, equipment and telecare.
Information and bookings are available from Sarah on (01274) 449660.
