Details of the Tour de France Grand Depart route through this area will be confirmed later this month.
Information will be officially announced at an event in Paris on October 23.
But Bradford Council said it was confident about the likely route, with the exception of the section through Haworth.
The race will go down from Cringles and through Silsden, along the A6034, and then join the A629 Aire Valley trunk road to Keighley.
It will remain on the A629 through Keighley – along Skipton Road, North Street, South Street and Halifax Road – and then make the ascent to Cross Roads.
The precise course through Haworth is uncertain, but it would make its way to Stanbury and then Oxenhope before heading into Calderdale on the A6033.
