A renewed plea has been issued in the search for South Craven cyclists to inspire others to get on their bikes.
British Cycling is recruiting people to lead group bike rides in Craven.
The initiative forms part of work with the county council and Sky to get more people cycling, and in safety, with a view to developing a Tour de France legacy.
British Cycling said ride leaders need not be experts or competitive racers.
“They just need heaps of enthusiasm, be happy to support beginner bike riders and families, be confident riding in a group and have a good level of fitness,” said a spokesman.
A free, assessed one-day course is being held in Harrogate on October 19.
