A Keighley man has been rewarded for 20 years’ service with Sodexo.
Ken Swift was among more than 100 employees from across the UK and Ireland to receive long-service awards.
The recipients were treated to a VIP trip to London, where they enjoyed lunch aboard a floating restaurant and were personally congratulated by Sodexo chief executive Debbie White.
Following the cruise, there was a celebratory dinner at Madame Tussauds, with live music, and chosen gifts were handed out.
Mrs White said: “People are our greatest asset.
“Our business relies on tens of thousands of talented individuals, who provide our customers and clients with exceptional service, acting as ambassadors for Sodexo every day.
“This annual awards event is a great opportunity to show our appreciation for people like Ken, and to demonstrate just how much we value and appreciate all the hard work, dedication and loyalty shown over the years.”
Sodexo, which employs 35,000 people, provides catering and facilities management services to clients in the business and industry, education, healthcare, justice, leisure and defence sectors.
