Denholme Community Association will hold a bingo night on May 23 in the blue room at the Mechanics Institute.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Free entry, cash prizes, raffle and refreshments. Adults only.
The Denholme 1st XI cricket team will play at home on Saturday at 2pm against Sutton. Sandwiches available during the tea interval. Match ball sponsors are Lin Wah Chinese takeaway, Norman Moore and Jack Hamilton.
The Mpika charity shop is organising a nine-mile sponsored walk on May 17. Sponsor forms are available from Mpika in Commercial Street, Denholme. People wishing to walk a smaller distance will be picked up when they tire.
