THE DIRECTOR of a new film shot in and around Keighley will be guest of honour when it is screened in the town.
Francis Lee will be at the Picture House for Keighley Film Club’s showing of Gods Own Country on November 19.
The internationally-acclaimed movie, which depicts the daily struggles of a hill farming community, was shot in locations including Haworth and Laycock.
Following the 6pm screening at the North Street cinema Mr Lee will give a short speech answer questions from the audience.
The screening is open to the public, and the doors open at 5.35pm.
