BLOXX have announced a 2021 tour which will take them to the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on April 20.
The tour dates will help promote the band’s debut album Lie Out Loud, which was released in August 28 on Chess club Records.
Lie Out Loud has been a long time coming for the Uxbridge four-piece, and follows a glorious ascent since Bloxx exploded onto the scene four years ago with their definitive brand of confessional, relatable indie pop.
The album features the huge singles ‘Go Out With You’, ‘Coming Up Short’, ‘Thinking About Yourself’, ‘Off My Mind’, alongside new material.
Singer Fee Booth said: “Lie Out Loud is a journey from 2016 to 2020 for us as a band. It’s a relatable voice for anyone who’s ever struggled with themselves or with relationships or with anything.
“We write with the intent to be relatable. It’s a voice for everyone. The album is sonically interesting and diverse and I think it’s my favourite thing we’ve ever done.”
