Housing trust tenants in the Keighley area have been given a hotline to report threats and anti-social behaviour.
They can call 24 hours a day about verbal abuse, drug dealing, racial harassment and offensive drunkenness. The hotline serves thousands of people living in former council houses in Keighley and surrounding villages.
The homes are currently managed by Bradford Community Housing Trust.
