A record £1 million-plus was raised regionally by the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal.
The Keighley branch has been thanked for its contribution to the £1,055,549 coined in, across West and South Yorkshire. More than £18,500 was raised in Keighley. Local poppy appeal organiser and branch chairman George Metcalf said: "We are very grateful to everyone."
