Steeton's popular Bridge House Nursery is under new ownership.
Charlie and Liz Balding are the new owners of the nursery and out of school club, which jointly provide a service for more than 100 children.
Mrs Balding, pictured, who has many ties with the Keighley community and sits on the board of governors at Cullingworth Primary School, said the nursery would continue to run in the same efficient way.
She said: "The nursery has been established for a number of years and it has an excellent reputation and a really dedicated group of staff.
"When we first saw it we were really impressed with it and so as far as we are concerned it will carry on in the same way."
The nursery offers various play and activity areas for different age groups and the out of school club is located in the local church hall and caters for children from the ages of three to 12.
