GLOWING tribute has been paid to an employee at a Silsden travel agents after she passed a course with flying colours during one of the industry's most challenging periods.

Natalie Bowden, who joined Destination – in Kirkgate – seven years ago as a travel consultant, has completed a team leader/supervisor course run by Train2Travel.

Shevaun Joy, joint owner of Destination with business partner Lisa Manditsch, said: "When we were given the opportunity to put Natalie on the course she jumped at the chance. She worked so hard throughout lockdown, dedicating much time and effort.

"We are so pleased and proud of her. What an amazing achievement to come out of lockdown and furlough with this."

Natalie's course tutor praised her commitment and standard of work.
