An Ingrow man was taken to hospital after being stabbed in a disturbance last night.
Police were called to Staveley Road at 11.15pm following reports of a fight.
They discovered a 29-year-old man with head injuries and a stab wound to his left shoulder.
He was taken to Airedale Hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police arrested a 27-year-old man from a nearby address and he is currently being questioned in connection with the incident.
