LUCKY Sods is the next production from Keighley Playhouse.
The comedy – by John Godber – features Morris and Jean, whose lives are irredeemably changed when they win the jackpot on the National Lottery. But for better or worse?
A playhouse spokesperson said: "Cracks in their marriage widen, their past catches-up with them and relatives become increasingly resentful.
"Jean keeps winning and Morris takes off to Amsterdam with an old flame. Will bad luck follow good?"
Director Mike Ellison uses back projection to follow the couple as their story unfolds.
Lucky Sods is at Keighley Playhouse from Monday, January 24, until January 29.
Tickets are available from the box office on 07599 890769. Payments can be made by credit or debit card over the phone.
