A new 20mph speed limit has 'made no difference'
WITH regards to your story about speeding in Keighley.
I have been a resident of Parkwood Street for 30 years, and speeding has always been a problem.
On January 24, a 20mph speed limit was introduced, but it has made no difference – cars and lorries still pass at 35/40mph. Perhaps more speed bumps are required and cameras may help.
