A 16-year-old youth from Keighley has been arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs.
The arrest was made by officers from the Bradford District Drugs Team who were on patrol in the Lawkholme Lane area of the town yesterday when they saw a suspected drug transaction take place.
The youth has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
In a separate incident the previous day, two men were arrested after the drugs team observed a suspected transaction take place in North Queen Street, Keighley.
A small amount of what was believed to be heroin and crack cocaine was recovered.
One man was held on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and the other on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs.
The men - a 42-year-old from Keighley and a 27-year-old from Shipley - have both been bailed.
