POPULAR annual fundraising events for Manorlands – which coin-in thousands of pounds to support the hospice – are returning.
The activities, which were an integral part of the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice's calendar prior to the pandemic, are back this spring.
First up is the Keighley 10k and 5k walk and run, taking place on Mother's Day – March 27.
Since its inception in 2007, more than 10,000 people have taken part and over £450,000 has been raised.
The 10k starts at Victoria Park and follows a circular route through the town, whilst the 5k sets off from Fell Lane Scout hut.

Making a comeback on Sunday, April 10 – after a break of over two years – is the Bronte Mountain Bike Challenge.
The event starts and finishes at Oxenhope Community Centre and participants have the choice of four, Bronte-themed routes.
Longest is Heathcliff, which covers 36.1 miles, with a 4,509ft cumulative climb.
Next is Charlotte – 27.7 miles – and then Emily, at 22.2 miles. The fourth route, Anne, covers 12.6 miles and is recommended for families and relative beginners.
The challenge is organised by the Manorlands Cycling Events Fundraising Group.
All Terrain Cycles – of Saltaire – is once again providing backing, and Keighley-based Pure Residential Letting Specialists is a new sponsor this year.
Over 200 people took part in the the last Bronte Mountain Bike Challenge, in 2019, and more than £9,000 was raised.
Andrew Wood, community fundraising manager at Manorlands, said: "This is always a popular event and we’re so excited to finally welcome riders back to the start line after an extended postponement due to Covid-19. There is a range of routes to suit all standards of riders."
Lee Bilbrough, director of Pure Residential Letting Specialists, said: "I often ride around the moors above Oxenhope – and can’t think of many places better – but it’s even more enjoyable when it’s for such a good cause. I urge riders of all abilities to give it a go."
All participants will receive a cycling water bottle donated by Pure Residential Letting Specialists and a hot meal at the finish.

Another event making a comeback this year is the Bronte Vintage Gathering, held at the showfield in Haworth Road, Cullingworth.
It is planned for May 7 and 8.
