A car park for the disabled in Keighley could be replaced by two extra spaces in an adjoining street.
The number of disabled spaces in Cooke Street would be doubled to four under the proposal. Several spaces will be lost due to building work on the car park next to Town Hall Square.
The site is to be used for a new electrical substation to power the adjoining town hall.
Keighley Area Committee, meeting next Thursday, will be asked to approve the plan in principle.
There would be four places for the disabled outside the Abbey bank and four adjoining 30-minute packing spaces for use by anyone.
