A TREE has been planted in Silsden Park to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The copper beech was formally unveiled by Silsden's mayor, Cllr Mags Croft, assisted by deputy mayor Cllr Rebecca Whitaker.
A blessing was then performed by vicar of Silsden, the Rev David Griffiths.
The planting was financed and carried out by volunteers from the Friends of Silsden Park, a group devoted to promoting and improving the park.
