A CARE company is serving-up support to a Yorkshire tennis ace for a fifth year.
Czajka Care Group – which runs nursing homes including Currergate at Steeton and Beanlands, Cross Hills – is renewing its sponsorship of Luke Johnson.
The 28-year-old – who turned professional in 2017 – plays up to 30 tournaments a year, mostly abroad.
He said: "It costs around £25,000 to £30,000 annually to play in tournaments, which is why corporate sponsorship is so vital. Czajka Care Group is the one firm that has supported me since the start, and I'm hugely grateful."
The group's managing director, Konrad Czajka, said: "I love sport and tennis in particular. I enjoy a match or two every few months with Luke, although I never disclose the result!
"It’s a tough sport but Luke is very talented and dedicated and we feel extremely proud to help him with his professional career."
