Every roadside gully in the Keighley area should be cleared by the end of the year.
Bradford Council's clean-up crews aim to cover the entire town at least once a year.
Crews covered Utley and Showfield in December and had moved on to Highfield, Exley Head and Oakworth.
There are 12,063 gullies - which take rainwater into the drains - in the Keighley area.
Council workers are expected to clear around 110 gullies each day.
The annual cost is £70,000 for Keighley, with £500,000 being spent across the whole of the Bradford district.
The figures are revealed in a report due to be discussed by Keighley Area Committee today.
Council officer Dave Mazurke said recent recruitment meant teams could now operate seven days a week.
He said: "An increasing and persistent problem is parked cars on streets making access to some gullies impossible.
"Congested inner-city areas are a particular problem."
Mr Mazurke said gullies on the main road through Oakworth - particularly near the primary school - would be cleared more often than other areas.
Gullies in Chapel Lane and Keighley Road become blocked more quickly, due to materials washed from an unmade road during heavy rainfall.
