A schoolboy is to appear in a popular television show.
Sean Webster, nine, has already appeared in ITV drama The Royal and in a television advert for Green Giant sweetcorn.
Now the Denholme Primary School pupil will make his debut in ITV's Emmerdale as Kieran, who has won a competition to look around the police station and who causes mischief for PC Donna Dingle.
Verity Rushworth, who plays the character of Donna Dingle, is a former pupil at Footsteps Theatre School, in Bradford, which is attended by Sean and his sisters, Jessica, 18, and Amy, 16.
Sean's mother Mags said: "We're proud of him. He did some Boots adverts when he was a baby and he really enjoys the work."
