A meter reader was attacked and robbed as he worked on the Braithwaite estate.
The man was kicked, and had £20 and a hand-held computer stolen, in Braithwaite Avenue yesterday morning.
The two assailants are described as being very similar in appearance - both are Asian, aged around 28, about 5ft 10in tall, of stocky build with black crew-cut-style hair. One was wearing a dark blue hooded top and jogging pants and white trainers. The other wore a dark blue cotton top and stone-washed blue jeans and carried what was thought to be a Morrisons carrier bag, which may have contained a weapon.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, which happened at about 10.15am, or has any information to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or Keighley CID on 01535 617085.
The victim was not seriously hurt.
