A 28-year-old man has been committed for trial accused of producing skunk cannabis valued at £200,000 at a house in Keighley.

Vam Am Thai, of no fixed address, appeared at Bingley Court on Monday charged with producing a class C drug on July 31, last year, and with an offence under the Proceeds of Crime Act carried out on December 11, last year.

Thai, who listened to proceeding through an interpreter, was remanded in custody until his trial at Bradford Crown Court on March 18. The bench was told that so far he had given no indication as to his plea.
