Staff at the Co-op store in Silsden joined in the company's Fairtrade celebrations.
Julie Dudman and manager Andrea Brown dressed as the White Rabbit and Alice in Wonderland.
They were among workers who served ethically-produced refreshments during Fairtrade Fortnight.
The event promoted the Co-op's switch to Fairtrade for all its own-brand coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and chocolate.
All the goods are supplied by producers who should get a fair price in return for their work.
