AIREDALE Hospital is hosting its first-ever outdoor winter market.
The event – on Sunday, November 6, from 10am to 4pm – is being organised by Airedale Hospital and Community Charity and the Friends of Airedale, the two charities that support the NHS foundation trust.
There will be over 40 stalls selling a wide range of festive gifts – from 3D games and hand-crafted jewellery to artwork and natural skincare products.
And other attractions will include a choir, live music, hot drinks and refreshments.
Businesses represented will include The Coffee Bean Machine, The Yorkshire Beekeeper, Peonies Cafe, The Hygge Co, The Stripey Badger Bookshop, Craft Pot Resin, Magnifiscents and Soaps, and Lala Designs.
A spokesperson for the organisers said: "It promises to be a great day, with plenty of ideas for people looking to buy gifts that are that little bit different. We’re hoping people will wrap up warm and come along to support us."
Entry is free, but donations to the charities will be welcome.
Stallholders are donating a percentage of their sales proceeds to the cause.
The market is taking place on the hospital's west car park, P3.
